Chris Watters has a bachelor of science in computer information systems from California University of Pennsylvania. Chris currently works as the Director of Information Technology for Blueprints. Prior to becoming the Director, he was employed as the Database Administrator/Desktop Support for the same organization from 2011 to 2015. Chris currently lives in Washington, PA.
